We want you to love the jewelry. Returns are by case by case basis. Please email me at: tesseractgems@protonmail.com if you are not happy with your purchase. For health reasons, earrings are not refundable or exchangeable unless it arrived damaged.

*You must email us within 5 days of receipt if you are not happy.
*Sorry, we cannot refund shipping.
*Jewelry must be in original condition, unworn with tags intact.
*Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
