For Live Shows:

• Claims are binding

• Invoices must be paid within the window

• Handmade patina/variations are normal

• Sales are typically final (unless damaged in transit)
  

1. Claims & Payment Window
   When you claim an item, you agree to purchase it. Invoices are sent after the live. Payment is due within upon receiving an invoice (or by the end of the live, depending on the show).

2. Shipping & Handling
   Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Tracking is provided. If a package is marked delivered but missing, you’ll need to file a claim with the carrier.

3. Returns / Exchanges
   Because each piece is handmade and small-batch, sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

4. Materials & Variations
   Brass and gold-filled components may show natural variation. Stones can differ slightly from screen to real life (lighting + magic + physics).

5. Privacy
   Your email is used only to invoice and send shipping updates. No weird stuff.
