Made to Order

All items are made to order, meaning the jewelry you buy will be made when you order it. The only exceptions are the one-of-a-kind antique/vintage pieces. Once they are made, I take a photo of them and store them in a safe place. Made to order items take 3-7 business days to make.

USPS First Class Shipping on U.S. Orders

Order processing is 3-7 business days, this does not include ship time. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when the order has shipped. When you receive free shipping, your order will ship USPS First Class Mail.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping

Order processing is 3-7 business days, this does not include ship time. Priority Mail Shipping is available for purchase. You will receive your order anywhere from 3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when the order has shipped.

Lost Packages

Tesseract Gems cannot accept responsibility for stolen or lost packages with proof of delivery. If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Priority/Insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package.

Redirecting Orders

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
